Buy a mixed 1/4 share and fill your freezer.  

We've created a standard mixed 1/4 share to make things easier for us and you! No pre-ordering necessary.

You'll get about 100lbs cut and wrapped meat. Half your meat will be ground and the other half in steaks, roasts, stew, short ribs and a sample of sausage and jerky. 

Steak cuts typically include T-bone, tenderloin, striploin, top sirloin, blade and rib eye. 

We finish our harvest animals at a prime age of 18-24 months then they hang for 10 days resulting in a tender high quality meat. 

If you require custom cuts for a 1/4 share please contact us and we will discuss next availability. Pricing for a 1/4 share is $8.35/lb based on the hot hanging weight(or carcass weight).
